Cara Kuhlman

Cara founded Future Tides in 2021, merging her maritime and media experience. A journalist, sailor and graduate of the University of Oregon, she previously worked at a community boating center, commercial boat builder and tech news site. Cara writes about maritime innovation and the future of the Pacific Northwest's maritime community. She participated in the second cohort of CUNY's Entrepreneurial Journalism Creators Program.
